Where do your tillers ship from?

Our tillers ship from a 3PL warehouse in Piscataway, NJ. You can also pick up from the same location and receive a discount (applied at checkout when you select the local pick up option). The warehouse is open for pick ups Mon to Fri 9 to 4 excluding holidays. Please order at least 1 business day in advance.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in the lower 48 states is free but does not include liftgate. This excludes any islands off the US coast. If you require liftgate service please select it at checkout.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we offer very competitive prices in Canada through our Canadian website.

How long does delivery take?

Tillers ship within 1-2 days from receipt of order. Transit times vary from 1 to 6 days in most cases, and 7-10 days to WA, OR, MT, WY, and other remote (from NJ) states. In the rare case that we don't have the model in stock it will be unavailable for purchase on the website up to 3-5 days prior to the expected arrival to our warehouse at which time it can be pre-ordered. We will leave a message on the website with the ETA. 

What should i know about the delivery?

All shipments are trackable but freight tracking is not as detailed as UPS or Fedex and will not always show the accurate ETA. The carrier normally calls prior to delivery and if not then they will redeliver at no charge.

We have an important request: if you didn't select the liftgate service and are planning to unload the truck with your equipment please write on the paperwork "liftgate not used" or ask the driver to write this or simply take a picture while unloading. This is our proof to the carrier that liftgate wasn't in fact used.

Is delivery insured against loss and damage?

Yes, all our shipments are insured against both. It's very unusual for tillers to arrive damaged but if yours does please take pictures of the damage, note it on the BOL, and contact us ASAP. If the damage is minor we will simply ship the damaged part(s) to you. If the damage is more serious you can refuse delivery and we will provide refund or replacement.
